Shipping policy

Hawksong Weaving is run entirely solo by a disabled artist with several chronic illnesses. A customer's product will be shipped as soon as said artist is able, however customers are advised that health flares can happen at any time and may cause delays. Please be patient, and know that this is not deliberate. 

The artist does his best to mail orders out by the next business day. All orders are sent via USPS flat rate mail, and will arrive within 1-3 Business days after shipping.
